BMW E46 front tca rear joint is rubber. Rubber changed to spherical in this joint will improve the driveability a lot. Unfortunatelly it seems there are no standard measures in these arms and its practicly impossible to make parts the customers can pressfit themselves. Therefor we will mount the joints to customers arms, or we can also buy new arms where we mount them to.
- two 30mm sphericals
- alloy pressfit cups with circlips
- bushes which are pressed on top of the tca shaft, this modifies the hexagonal shape to round shape for sphericals
