Toyota Starlet KP61 steering arm. Note, the shorter model. Made chromolysteel by press-brake. The cones are tig welded in to holes. They are assembled so they couldnt come from the holes even they werent welded cause the flange is on another side than the balljoint.
This part fits to KP61 standard strut, and standard arm = small bolt pattern, small conical pin. If you have AE86 arms / struts, look for part under AE86 parts. We can also make mixed parts, like AE86 struts and KP61 arms, or vice versa.
